Jeff Clark

Jeff is an established pastor, overseer, and teacher in the Church at large whose life and prophetic ministry is marked by integrity, a passion for discipleship and a genuine love for people.

From a very young age, Jeff felt called to church planting with an emphasis on discipleship and local and global evangelism. When he and Nancy married (1980), they continued to pioneer and plant churches together in the Southern Tier of New York.

Jeff tirelessly coaches and mentors both emerging and established leaders, pastors and ministers of all ages, encouraging them in their callings and missions. He is a frequent speaker at leadership conferences and men’s retreats, and enjoys engaging the emerging generation of new Christ-followers developing both men and women leaders on the rise. Jeff holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development with a concentration in Executive Coaching from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA and is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute & College in Lima, NY, and an alumnus of International Bible College, San Antonio, TX.

Jeff also has served on staff in three Bible colleges, including International Bible College, San Antonio TX; Fountain Gate Bible College, Plano, TX; and Elim Bible Institute & College, Lima, NY. Jeff is President Emeritus of Elim Bible Institute & College having served two three-year terms from 2006-2012. He also served on the Council of Elders of Elim Fellowship, in Lima, NY for fourteen years.
